This is a said situation, I no longer work at CSW but employees like these who have posted how they get away with faking it are still their is appalling. All I can say is wake up and fix it. If you don't you are part of the problem.
I know, it rocks! I love technology! Having three monitors in front of me really makes me look important and like I know what I'm doing, but I fake it. It sucks though because I worry I'll get caught. But then again, I figure after 5 years of getting away with it, I have at least another 5 in me. Plus, I can take my mind of my worries with Facebook and Netflix. And if I get bored of that, a 2 hour lunch provides a great opportunity to get away from my worries and still get paid.
I love my job. I do about .5 hours of work get to watch TV snack in the lunchroom walk around and shoot the bull that's about it.
