Extra! Extra! Read all about it!!! Do you have any news specific to what is happening around EDMC or its subsidiaries for Monday, January 11th, 2016? What rumors have you heard? What is morale at your school like? Any drama? Low enrollment? Sexual harassment accusations? Funny stories? Chances at bankruptcy? Threatening internet posts from Human Resources?

Personally, I am extremely excited for today. I am so frustrated that all I can do is laugh and watch everyone keep rearranging the chairs on the Titanic as we all sink. I have heard so much that is supposed to happen today, I do not know what to believe. A colleague told me on Friday that they were going to quit on Monday because they had recently found a different position and they threatened they were going to make a big deal about it. If it happens, you heard it here first. Another stated to me on the telephone Saturday night that they were so frustrated that they were going to go to various press outlets to vent their dissatisfaction today. I would like to quote a rumor I heard last week from an apparent member of the leadership team to a trusted confidante: "this place is such a clusterf**k... Monday is going to be bad... I can't tell you much more than that, but watch out... continue looking for alternative means of employment. The end is near for all of us..."

I have my popcorn ready and am excited to see the this corporate abortion occur from my front row seat.

Let's play guess the SUO AM - I am very good at what I do, just ask me. I fire people regardless of circumstance if it helps me win. I have a hot wife, we'll make that had. I am a new single father of 2 kids and will be losing everything to previously mentioned hot wife. Getting ready for work now... I am honestly worried... we have an unexpected meeting this morning at 8:30 AM that we were told about on Friday afternoon. Our manager would not tell us what it was regarding, but just stated that it was mandatory and to not be late.

I have heard that the American Bar Association may have already or may soon seek a court ordered injunction against Western State University at Argosy in Fullerton, California and Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, to prevent any further enrollment (basically a teach out) based upon the results of recent lawsuits and the immense number of pending lawsuits that have yet to be adjudicated, in addition to the outrageous amount of corruption that has already been uncovered. I have heard from someone related to the Carolina Bar Association and the American Bar Association that they want to cut ties with the for-profit industry for good.
