I was given this. A bad manager can take a good staff and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation.

The entire company is being ran horribly. Read reviews about Kmart the customer service is bad, employees are unhappy, & the products don't have the same reliability as they did back in the day. Lampert is using SHC like a cash cow instead of investing in making the company better. There are so many issues that are going unaddressed. It can't go on like this. No business can operate under circumstances like this. It spells bankruptcy for SHC if it continues.
Sounds like our store. Maybe we're in same district. How can it be so wide spread?
