Zero incentive for the execs to fix the management mess.
The only concern is can they get 60 to 80 hour weeks out of you, or do they need to pip you. The worse you think your manager is the better he is to the execs.

why do you even waste your time hypothesizing any such changes? do you think mgt is studying this web site looking for hidden gems to transform the company.
