Why are two top executive vps (that recently sold an excessive numbers of shares$$$$) still with CAG considering their direct involvement in the RALCORP purchase?
I would like to know more about executive compensation - here is what I would say - it's a bit of a statement and a question at the same time - the executive compensation at ConAgra keeps increasing while the company keeps suffering.
At the same time we are laying people off. So if we assume that the executives are responsible for leading us into the mess, why are we compensating them for that and punishing the little guy. The shareholders do not benefit as well. So, how come that the executives are the only group that benefits here.
The workforce has no trust in you or your "plan" to move forward. The negative impact on the employees will take years to fix.... if they stick around. Since you plan to lay off 1,500 (30% admin), most of sales AND outsource numerous others to India,
WHAT SERVICE CONSTRAINTS AND LOW EXPECTATIONS HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS ON A GO FORWARD BASIS?
Honestly Sean, you don't think it will be "business as usual" or do you?

Sean, we do not like you. We may smile and be nice to your face, but when you ask yourself late at night when you're laying in your piles of cash, "If you have any friends," you don't. Just another rich, old, male, white privileged, joke of a CEO. The system is rigged and you are going to have a tough time convincing a lot of people otherwise. The best part is I'm not going anywhere. So just know even the people you "selected" to keep are looking for other positions to screw you the same way you screwed some really fantastic people. But, how would you know this Sean? You don't know 99% of our names anyways. Cheers!
