It's sucked I had eight years with Halliburton in coiled tubing and I would pack my bag and run back but after the layoff I heard what management was left referred to us as the dead weight holding his all stars back {survived the first 5 elm elmendorf layoffs hmm dead weight} but that's what I heard unless you was a seven figure employee you don't get called back they just hire a fng at less pay
