Well . . . I just became aware of an unbelievable, foolish expense incurred by COP. As most know, the sidewalks in front of the Plaza Office Building have been all torn up as workers prepared to replace the concrete. The stupidity part is not that they replaced the concrete. The stuplidity part is that they installed Heating Ellements to heat the sidewalks!!!! WTF. One of my friends witnessed the installation.

The mulva gym in Houston and pool should be closed to save money. Wonder if the management team are taking pay cuts? Probably still flying all the directors around on cop jets.
They did that so that when they toss us out on our ear, we won't get frostbite. Be grateful!
