How much under the table influence is Halliburton having on what/who is being downsized or restructured into oblivion? When the takeover fails, how will BHI recover?

Oh, and explain to me why the sale to Halliburton is so great again. Cause none of the authorities that matter seem to think so.

The muppet who bought BJ Services also bought billions of dollars worth of frac sand ...unfortunately it was the wrong kind of frac sand, which had to be dumped ..literally. The deal cost BHI approximately $8 billion. The muppet? ..well he was promoted to VP Corporate Strategy.. and got a seven figure bonus. "Core Values?" ..."we don't need no stinkin' core values..!"
I want to know why in the hell we bought BJ services(for $5.5 Billion), only to sell it 5 yrs later? Seems like a stupid move by upper management. We bought BJ services, then spent a lot of money to upgrade the company equipment. Then things slowed down last year. Pressure pumping was picked thin and closed a lot of locations. I remember we didn't get raises or bonuses one year because of this purchase. Good Job BHI! Now it seems BHI is just shooting its self in the foot. I don't think BHI will last long, once the merger gets shut down.
When will they start trimming from middle managers since they don't have the people to manage. That would save more money than letting the workerbees go.
Also, if your curry is stinky, then you aren't making it right & should stop bringing it to work.
