yes exactly; By SCM bundling deals with Hal, The result is crushing our small business policy that WW put in place. this is risking our federal fuel contract by his and Jesie's actions. Vendors were picked by CHEAPEST PRICE! Try doing work with crap for vendors and you are responsible for the results. They have suppressed data that proves their policy changes are disastrous and continue to degrade the GOMBU BU.

Ask the top brass to retire, replace them with capable people, and watch the company prosper. Blame whatever you want on the downturn of oil. It doesn't matter, just replace all the top management and the perception of real change will encourage everyone to work harder and have renewed confidence in the company's future.
Two fine gentlemen, professional, the drop in the price of oil didn't change that and wasn't caused by them. I'd work with either of those two any day of the week.
