Who knows? Not a good thing for sure.

How is it that the elimination of key HR personnel in Waco a few weeks ago goes without mention on this site?
Navy is very happy with the P3 program....We have at least more 5 more birds this year
That would be in line with how we do business in Waco. A new quality department has moved in. All rotor wash from bell helicopter, all always wanting to see what a VIP aircraft looked liked. Kind of like roaches one slips in and next thing you know ever group has one or more in it. All trying to pickup what going on so they can replace their trainers. Customer satisfaction non existence, on both commercial and navy programs. Looks like only Compass Call will survive.
Here in Greenville, your sister company and competitor, we are redoing all parking lots, increasing parking, updating hangars, rumors are corp wants to get rid of Waco ops and move all of it up here. The sale would be used to build one more hangar here. Lots of people are hearing the same thing here.
The new Greenville management implants are reducing the Waco workforce through attrition by making our very talented aircraft modification artisans weed flower beds, dust light bulbs, paint parking lot spaces, along with office door frames. These professionals should be modifying aircraft, supporting our War Fighters, and delivering VVIP aircraft of the highest standards. A layoff of this resultant magnitude would raise the WARN act red flag, which is what they want to prevent. In addition to this humiliation, they have also instituted a badge reader time clock verification system to further reduce the Waco workforce by firing first offenders if they meet a -30 minute threshold for the first time. The auto-allocators are not included in this time card scrutiny, so please take note of the empty front row parking spaces when you come in in the morning and note which ones are empty when you leave for the evening.
