Ask the top brass to retire, replace them with capable people, and watch the company prosper. Blame whatever you want on the downturn of oil. It doesn't matter, just replace all the top management and the perception of real change will encourage everyone to work harder and have renewed confidence in the company's future.

Yeah that's what I've been thinking all along. Instead of these knuckleheads in top management throwing the workers under the bus, they should look themselves in the mirror and throw themselves under the bus for making promises to the stock holders that they couldn't keep. They wonder why things continue to get worse? Because they threw everybody under the bus!!! There is no one to do the work!!! DUHHH!!! you know they still got their bonuses too, that's what really hurts...
