glassdoor conagra reviews must be sorted by date or you get fuzzy "popular" reviews first

Parts of IT, finance, customer service being outsourced to India. much more than sales impacted. nobody knows the total nymber that will be effected.

Does anyone know how many positions are being outsourced to India? I heard that is in addition to the 1,500.

Remaining employees across all locations are on egg shells (admin & plants)

Which companies will be sold off and to who

Which additional positions will be outsourced

Can't believe anything they say. The transformation has really only just begun.

Honesty, morale and passion are a thing of the past.

As for me, spend more time on speculating personal future than work. Circling the bowl.....

Huge cuts (50%+) in director and vp levels across sales, category and biz development did not cut much other than accounts going brokered at the acct mgr level. Short term impact more work for less people and SGA just got, reduced significantly But again that is the 3G model and what has been foreshadowed for several months

Hi everyone, thanks for the replies. To proceed with a story I need at least one more person to talk to me about the recent sales layoffs and tell me their name (again the name is not published or made public in any way -- but I personally need to know who you are) or I will need someone to email me some internal emails or paperwork verifying the layoffs. Thanks again -- we want to tell the story. (402) 444-1336 or barbara.soderlin@owh.com

@kfv - it's good to hear that, that means that thelayoffs.com is working well - it's good to have this resource as managers are keeping us in the dark... Omaha World-Herald also had fairly good coverage - for that, thank you #BarbaraSoderlin

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have had two ConAgra sales team people contact me today about their positions being eliminated, and I need a third to tell me their story. If someone else would please call or email me, or email me any company documents that verify the layoff, I can proceed with my article. We do want to tell the story and believe it's important for our community to know about. Thank you!

Barbara - I've been on this site for about three months now and I can tell you that people are very careful with what they say or write. I doubt you'll get anyone to respond due to this. I wish you all the best though and I am very glad that someone has an interest in the topic - the workers are suffering and our public needs to know more about this. God bless.
