In that case, if you don't have Extra Sensory Perception (ESP), you'll need to seek elsewhere.
I have not seen any info about two separate packages and our group is part of ESP
One "more favorable" severance package for PSG 24 and higher (Supervisors and Managers) and another severance package for the Rank and File employee. Guess who gets screwed again?

I would guess if you voluntarily leave they will give you a nicer package. Just a guess, we will find out shortly
