Lipstick on a pig at best. Bartlesville is a shit hole. Simply cannot imagine how anyone would find Bartlesville a desirable place to live or work. Funny Kool-Aid in Bartlesville (meth).

The P66 buildings were renovated. The COP buildings were not renovated. The only COP renovations in Bartlesville were the POB lobby and the IC 5th floor. The renovation of the POB building was cancelled.

The building was renovated two years ago not sure what all the hate about Bville is coming from. Probably your own self projections of fear about losing your job and the hate about others working not in Houston boils your blood? Correct? No need to reply you can keep your cancer to yourself.

Always entertained with the college new hire in Bartlesville purchasing the $40,000 vehicle only to park the vehicle in the back lot with no protection from the environment. Damage via hail is the number one concern for Oklahoma car insurance agents.

The Bartlesville native is so small minded. The buildings and the associated office space are low quality and low (no) value. The buildings will be emptied and sit abandoned. The buildings are 20 years overdue for renovations. The ConoocPhillips data center is 10 years overdue for renovations. And the complete lack of covered parking is the icing on the cake.

Everything is for sale. No need to move the groups as the groups will not exist after the next layoff. Corporate IT will be outsourced. The Bartlesville aviation will be sold to P66. KPMG will publish the results of the study and Finance will be outsourced. For the staff still in Bartlesville consider yourself no longer employed after the 4th quarter results.

Can anyone confirm if they're selling the building or looking to move the groups that are down in BVille?

Bartlesville is nothing but a big money pit. COP should have gotten rid of that a long time ago. One bad decision after another and look where we are now. Glad I'm about done with this company in just a few more years.

The building is a roach infested shit hole (as is the town). Why on earth would anyone want to purchase the building? The buildings in Ponca City sit abandoned. Bartlesville will follow shortly.

The building will be demolished after ConocoPhillips goes out of business? Bartlesville is a dead town. Expect no future employers to move to Bartlesville. With the exception of one street the entire downtown is empty buildings.
