I see that i need to do really good on my PBC - anything else? What do you suggest as it relates to doing well on PBC. Also, if PBC is changing, what will replace it and do you think that the next rating system will be resembling the existing one? Any other suggestions as it relates to career management at IBM.
Also, how likely is that all the rumors listed here as it relates to Job Cuts will materialize?

My performance was outstanding even clients i supported praised my work . It was personal grudge of flm .. Does anyone know who makes the decision of which employees would get effected by the RA ? What criteria is being used ? Or is it just a random firing spree?

Do not join IBM. You are making a huge mistake. If you think the PBC process will be fair, or objective you are wrong. You will not be happy there after 6 months and will be probably be gone in a year.
