It's too bad that Bernard Duroc-Danner is incapable of running our company. Yes the O&G industry is in the shits, but he has done an excellent job of running WFT into the ground before the drop. I won't be surprised if we fold if oil doesn't rebound within the next 18 months.

I really hope Weatherford does go bust, they are the worst crony capitalists in the industry.

2014 Shareholder Return Total Pay One-Year Change in Pay

How was that potential maximum 5% raise you got? O wait, you didn't get one!
As a security measure top executives are removed from publicly scheduled meetings and their location is obscured. If I was Bernard I would go into hiding and never come out...
He is listed as presence unknown in lync
Not sure about the worst but he is deffenitly one of the best paid
Worse CEO in history
Contracts, contracts and contracts.... these are the rules they live by even during an oil spiral. Surely he has secured a 5 year contract with WFT that would entitle him to a much more significant amount than letting him go. Besides, who in their right mind would want the job of butchering left behind?!
A 14% raise with that 8 figure salary, while we get no bonuses or raises? I agree with the original poster. :-/ Duroc-Danner go lay yourself off, you worthless POS. Take nothing like we did.
Why should the guy care? The board just gives him bonuses and raises year after year regardless of results. I only wish I were in his shoes, although, if I were, I would feel guilty and actually try for better results than he has shown.
