You can't improve Weatherford it is truly a perfect organization. Change only comes in the form of a daily email from Bernie D announcements of the changing VPs and people "regretfully" leaving the company. Actual improvements regarding new processes or atandards are just crazy talk.
been there done that, that's why i never volunteer to doing improvement research projects. Especially if your findings cause change for your manager. Its a trap!
