Can any Follett employees access the organizational chart on myHR? I wanted to see who were laid off. I'm not sure if it's my computer or if it has been blocked..

CY sent a blast email on friday and sounded upbeat so we don't think he got pushed out, He'll definitely be missed by a lot of us. Total class act in my view but some probably didn't like him either since he was hr for the business and good at it. Human resources takes as much abuse as any other dept here and we fight among ourselves, so it's really not that surprising he left.
Dunno a last name or initial but Tony, and Sokol are the two I know. But Sokol has options from what I heard. Severance, demotion to CMM or possibly an offer for be a DD. Who knows

There is an upside to all this. With the layoffs there will be room in the budget to hire more Kmart VP's and Directors to lead Follett into it glorious new future! Hey Mike D, any estimate what laying you off cost FHEG in terms of useless books in the ADC? You got to be laughing your a** off.
Well I know one for sure, CA, I was told another but not sure who. A District Director over 5 stores in PA was let go too. That region and store group are screwed now. I can see that school throwing us out as it was part of the contract
Who are the visual merchandisers who are gone?
Who in IT? Which development teams? Any project managers? since the titanic is already two thirds under, and the family and current senior leadership have the life boats....can we just go with names? First names last initial?
Retalon and CIM team are gone. Let go the good ones and kept the PS who wanted Retalon. Idiot. A lot of RCMS's, each Group only has one now. District directors, 2 visual merchandisers
They won't let HR go until they finish with all of the layoffs. They need them for all of the follow up etc. remember, this is what happened last time. PZ, TF and ACW were let go after the main layoffs.
People that were ler go in RiverGrove a few years ago are still on the follett web.VP GAK and JC in aurora. Course works entite team that was about 5 or 6 people, two from research. SJ and CH. 40 people in IT. And many more about 90 people were let go,
tech writing and most of marketing (including the VP) were eliminated. 2 from training.
no one from HR or Finance was let go. All the top Execs remain.
People that were let go are still posted as a Follett employee no one was removed yet.
