Advantage was thought to be "untouchable". Nobody is safe anymore.
The problem with Advantage R&D is not the people doing the research, but the ability of Weatherford management to properly assess and commercially validate market needs, develop the technology and take it to market efficiently.
It is management's poor executive and skill sets. Fact is that WEATHERFORD MANAGEMENT DOES NOT EXECUTE. They are all talk office dwellers. And management does not show adequate results.
