If upper management was smart which is asking alot, they would offer voluntary layoffs and most people that don't wanna work anyways would leave. This would rid NOV of the workers that only wanna collect a paycheck and the people who care would stay. So what do you think management, sounds like a good plan to me. Any objections

Im staying here i dont care if i dont wirk, as long as i get my big paycheck plus benefits...
Why would I want to take a volunteer layoff and get pennies to live on when I can stay here, do nothing and draw a full pay check? Hahaha, lame suggestion.
