Typical anti-management dross in this thread. Performance Incentives went out to many senior employees - actual workers NOT just management. If you are enrolled in the plan (job-title linked) you get the bonus. Not as large as in past years, but Halliburton did outperform the market in 2015 and the bonus must be paid.
