I learned quick that a Plan B is REQUIRED for a job at WM. I also learned that NO ONE is safe, and the more seniority you have, the bigger your target is on your back. And if you think your knowledge, race, gender, "friends at the top", etc. will save you, think again. It's a new world, folks.

Terrible organization.
I went through 6 of these in my 5 year tenure and finally got hit this time. I've been in the business 15 years, 3 companies and never had this much turmoil. Won't work for them again.
Everybody that works there better have a back up plan.
Walmart, at this rate, will be the next Kmart. Board had high hopes for Doug being the savior after Mike, but they might be questioning that decision now.
