Duncan walked out the sharpest smartest hardest working group of men and women today. I was proud to be apart of them the managers have no clue of what they did. Keeping the ass kissers and the newer guys that dont have the experience great move hope everyone will get together on the lawsuit. This is a cycle it will come back it always does and when it does I hop Myself and my fellow layoff brothers and sisters are rich from the lawsuit o have great jobs and when this plant cant perform like it once did Houston will fire every single manager and pgl they should have lost their jobs bunch of pussys

Just an FYI pertaining to a class action lawsuit. I'll save you some money and clue you in. Halliburton has covered their ass well. The moment you signed your separation paperwork, you also signed your right to sue away...if you don't sign you do t get your severance pay. So, it's up to you.
I have had one of the best firms in Okc check it out, so don't throw your money away. Pay up your bills instead.

Hate to tell you but you probably weren't as great as you think you were. Either that or you were old or pissed someone off. Being an ass kisser isn't always a bad thing. Poor management is the problem at DMC. All of the senior personnel that have experience are almost gone except for the poor performers. The management team at DMC is The worst I've worked for. Over hired in 2015. Poor planning and poor supervision in all departments. Management and midlevel management should be dismissed for the poor decisions that were made for pediful forecasting.
