Absolutely ridiculous the people that were promoted and placed in key roles in GOM SCM. People with no SCM / business skills and or no upstream experience promoted to CM's and other lead roles. I can count the number of people on one hand with true business / technical skills. Several folks granted roles because of minority status and or promoted simply because of favoritism...ridiculous. That's what happens when layers of management are added. True organizational behavior is masked within the hierarchy...good luck with all that BS... That BU is emblematic of why LA stayed behind at the turn of the century...all in the family without reaching out to the rest of the country for guidance and talent...simply did not develop the way it should have...

I love working with the people in Manila. It teaches me patience and maybe a new language! Better than Mumbai I reckon.
Because George Castoe is trying very hard to maintain his team and himself by not moving more work. He used to be in the frontline of using Manila more. Then ROM happened.
Hopefully, not ALL of DWEP's Supply Chain group. Some of them work really hard. Others are as useless as tits on a bull.
