Just got let go feb/25 i am happy with package.. after 18 yrs with RED
Complete severance is currently as follows:
2 weeks pay in lieu of notice.
1 week pay for every year of completed service, up to 13 years.
All unused vacation time will be paid.
I guess I should be happy with my 20 weeks!

It's two weeks pay plus one week for every year of service. Ex: 5 year hand gets 7 weeks of pay
