Have always been treated as an equal.. Not this i am your boss n you must shut up and do what I say.. All supervisors will get down n dirty with us rig up rig down ice snow wind heat f---ed up equipment you name it..I have done it all except for treat the job..
Always excited to learn new ways to do shit.. Big red is a family n I'm proud to be part of it..there is always something to new learn. It's great to be able to say I'm running my blender this way and it's going to work out great..sit back n watch..
