To add on to the previous comments, almos 50% of the RFE fitters are getting cut and yet there's only 2 planners? Sounds like they're going to assign a planner to each f---ing fitter!

People who are mentioning the repair workshop are comparing it against the repair office. So I would say 19 vs 4 is a pretty big majority considering that it has had cuts previously and the repair office didn't.

19 from the Workshop out of a total of 88 redundencies doesn't make the workshop the majority

Couple of people from offices targeted vast majority in workshops again. Never mind office staff atleast you got your bonus this year off the back of the workshop takin big wage cut. Pricks.

My husbands has been away for 1 week in 2016, his wages for 2015/2016 are a third of what they were the year before

Trying to manage on a basic salary when you've got direct debits going out is tough, I'm having a massive eBay clear out today to try and fill our overdraft back up

All the managers will be ok, it's the minions as usual Who suffer

NOV building and opening new repair facilities and workshops but no work for us because the buffoon who is a workshop manager doesn't give a dam apart from his pub and pool team

Offices got targeted as well including quality and engineering don't know how electrical project engineers escaped redundancies though when at least one of them has been doing nothing for months.

I take it the management are relying on office staff getting they're hands dirty if this oil picks up again as they will be the only ones left soon! More non value adding staff than value adding these days! Total business sense!
