The India was supposed to be only temporary anyway, so no suprise. Then it got extended.
I'm not sure about race baiting, but some idiots refer to anyone who disagrees with Obama as a racist. That's another form of racism by the accusers, yet it's still racism. It has become very prominent. I have a feeling that's what we may be talking about here. Yep, the Discoverer India is being stacked. The contract is up in Sept 2016 and CVX can't find a partner to drill another well. All CVX workers are being ESP'd and Transocean will prob layoff most of their ppl.
a buddy of mine works for Transocean and he confirmed they are planning to stack the rig even though it still has 6 months of contract left. the crew is worried they will be let go.
