With the ITC project Alpha last year, did everyone who expressed their Interest to be left standing get their wish or were some still given jobs ?
I think in the earlier 2014 ITC ROM not everyone who submitted an EOI got their wish

It's definitely happening. ETC is on the chopping block.
Yes there were people that indicated EOI and were put in new positions.
Yes, the second Project Alpha will occur this year. The plan is to finalize the actual percentage of cuts by the end of the summer and implement in the third quarter. The current figure is higher than that of the original Project Alpha.
Is Alpha 2 definitely going to happen or does it depend on where oil prices go ?
The EOI request option is never guaranteed. It has never been in the past either. Who ever gave anyone the impression that it was a guaranteed slam-dunk? Nothing dysfunctional about it just because things didn't go your way. It's a gift if you are lucky enough to get the fat and juicy severance at the same time that you planned on retiring so that you get a free year of pay and you don't have to work that last year. In fact, you are benefiting from lay-offs in that case as other people trying to raise and feed families are suffering. Get over yourself.
I did not. You will see just how dysfunctional this place is.....I can retire in 14 months. Project Alpha 2 is coming and I may get canned this fall.
