I'd like to know how many people were forced to take a reduction in pay with the reorganization last year? Were you demoted? Did your job responsibilities change? My pay was cut 20% when my position was moved to a different location but my responsibilities have increased.

I took a 15% pay cut to stay. My new job has more activity but less executive press-the-flesh time and I'm glad to out of the spotlight. I only need 5 more years and I can go live a happy early retirement.
Chris
Do you get a happy ending?
My pay will be cut 100% from last year after I run out of my severance.
As long as I can go to Asian massage parlors in Houston I don't care. Bartlesville needs to get a couple of them.
Steve, is that you?
-1dac, the person is not getting f-cked. The person chose to have continuous employment and accept the pay for the current job! They had another option and did not choose option 2 or 2a which may have been to stay put & be let go or maybe not release for other career opportunities. The OP did not state what options were presented!
The test for employment is not over as cut announcements are coming soon because COP does not have the money to keep so many employees under utilized while still losing money! 1st quarter results are coming soon and Lance's asswill be on the hot seat to have answers to share holders and Analysist questions! I for one will be at the shareholders annual meeting!
No pay cuts.
Salary based on cost of living in area. Yes your getting f---ed
