Crackerhead will be and has always been known as a lair, crook and spineless. Him and several of his cronies are a bunch of excessively over paid liver lips. Core values what's that, the corporate turds sure don't have any!
OneBaker signaled the end of Baker Hughes (Daeton and apprentice). It was planned and orchestrated by appointing a leadership team who came from Motorola, GE, Avon et al ..Individuals who had little knowledge or experience of the oil industry. It was a carefully calculated and long term strategy.
A legacy of ongoing greed. Look out for yourselves. Top brass looks after themselves. BHI is just another selfish corporation with hollow core values. Nothing special.

In the business world I'd guess he will look okay.
In the eyes of employees past and present it will be a different story.
Some will say he did the right thing.
Others, and my guess would be the majority will hate him for what he did or at least is trying to do.
Oh, about $50 million extra in the offshore bank accounts. Oh wait - you meant to the rest of the world! Like all legacies, history will have to be the judge. It is easy to predict the future, it's tougher to do it correctly.
