100% billable means to the standard. You will have 10% corporate overhead. The rest you better have billable project hours.

Surely they wouldn't name it "Alpha 2". I know we're in the box thinkers but come on...
The "big broad ROM process for all these corporate groups", is called "Alpha 2". and it's coming in the 2nd half of the year. Names have already been submitted in ITC...

That's unfortunate. There are some that are 90%+ billable in my group and are really terrible employees. Milking corporate charge codes... Meanwhile some of the best guys aren't breaking 50. Hopefully the bosses see through that crap.
Etc and itc will be minimized to a skeleton crew. Only question is will you make the cut. Hopefully they will also cut the overhead groups like uc.

Correct. ETC will use the approach of the average consulting firm. If you are not billable your gone. My supervisor said August time frame. As budgets get repeatedly bashed it weighs on billable hours. No one has money to spend. Majority will be laid off I believe.
ETC will be re base lined to be 100% billable by years end. I.e. If there are two people and both have 50% billable hours there will only be one by COB 2016. Is some groups this will be extremely bad and in others not bad at all.
