Amen. Way too many incompetent people around us.

Where do I sign up?

That's right, the incompetent management can't deal with having competent people around making them look bad! Competence must go!

4/20? Bring it on baby. Don't want the speech that they apologize for having to let me go. Just shut the F up, you can have my badge, desk and the back-stabbing, stress and incompetent management. I'll be more than happy to be given a permanent vacation.

The hierarchy is too deep for the organization to be run efficiently.

Seems like the Bank loves to not tell its employees what is going on. In some cases contractors know more about what is happening than bank staff. Talk about a morale buzz kill. Managers playing games with other managers, employees on the same team playing games with other team members to make them look bad... Team members withholding info from other team members - so some will be in the dark about what is happening. All in all a giant cluster. I am in the technology organization - the sad part is all THESE GAMES are bad for morale, stock holders, customers and internal bank customers. I have been with the Bank going on 11 years - never have I seen it so bad...

I come to work each day after being called back into the office off MyWork this month - and wonder will today be different? It never is - just more tension, game playing managers and co-workers who are the managers favorite - or some contractor that was friends or is friends with a manager - which is the worst.... If stock holders only knew how this place is run - then maybe things would change. Senior Management is a joke - with their big bonuses and for what?

What departments/divisions are the cuts expected in?

I'm at the location on Beach. And they won't tell us anything. The morale here is low. I'm prepared for the worse.

I was laid off in Texas yesterday for cut backs, been with the bank for three years. Time to start looking at Chase and beyond.

Today, same as every day working at this bank, wake up thinking this is the day, one if not more off the cuff half hearted jokes around the office about getting the ax, bank of america stock having problems holding at $13, more financial press saying BAC isn't a wise stock to invest in. Yea. Just another ground hog day in the BAC sh1t h0le
