Select positions, such as Country Manager, kept the bonus along with L band and above. Bonus potential reduced from previous levels for most that retained the bonus. Managers did not nominate employees. Most were unaware that this happened until their employees asked about it.

Yep....J-3 band here and got that email this morning. Supsecting ALL CVAs were cut, but now that you have mentioned K-1 (usually Country Manager or equivalent) I am thinking maybe NOVA is gone for the higher ups as well.
Ya I want to know this, I am K1 pay band and mine was taken away....anyone know what level,of the company stayed bonus eligible? Or was it completely at the discretion of the who is the favorite of the VPs?
so who decides / nominates for PPP? your manager? director? vp?
Yep, the Performance Pay Plan is discontinued....except for the big boys of course.
