So what? Many people (locals and foreigners) have money in Panamanian banks. I for one have a checking and savings account there with a $12,000 balance. Does that make me a criminal or tax evader? Get real. I travel to Panama once a year on vacation or to visit friends. Perhaps my name is on that list but it means nothing.

Exactly how is it that Gorgon not producing LNG is the root cause of an oil glut? I do agree we start with thin air and result in low oil price but I think you are missing a couple of steps. Please show all your work including intermediary steps- not just the answer.
