So happy that I'm leaving this Company, been here since 2007 and it's so sad to see what it's become. Team Leaders/ATL's are stressed, Supervisors are pissed off because we're Short staffed.....co-workers are Overworked and Exhausted and we can barley hold on to New hires. I used to be so proud to work here but reality hit me after the Surprise lay-off's last year....Good Luck to the rest of the Team Members that are still left from the Old Whole Foods, there's way better Opportunities out there. My prayers are with You !

So happy to have left the company, now. I was shocked to be laid off last September: " Thank you for your service ( 10 years) but you are no longer needed". I had heard later that the STL told everyone at the morning huddle that I just " up and quit". Good leadership there, my teams know I'd never do that.
Thank you I started the job looking/applying process as of today! It's just not worth it to stay, I have been at WF for 12 years. I just do not want to do it anymore it's too stressful lack of help but not less work if a partner treated me this way I'd be gone! So, yes, here I go. I am a damn fine worker and I am wasting what's good about me if I continue to stay! I refuse, to continue down this path of burn out its insanity!! Taking my skills and moving on!
Still check this forum but I left back in september. The past few months I talk and have met people who use to work for this company. At first I was amazed so many people had the same story, and I understand why now. In a few years it will be interesting to see where the board of directors flee, and the regional presidents. Who would hire them?
Good for you! I am also no longer at WFM and I can say it was good decision to leave. The only thing I didn't like was when WFM gave us that wonderful papers during inventory night. Can you believe the balls on WFM. Now I am at a good company and I also did my tears of joy too.
It's soooo much better away from that hellhole. Let the so-called "leaders" and executives drown in their own sewage.
Working diligently on my own departure as well...10+ yrs in and I cannot wait. Too much work is spilling over into the next day. Not enough help!
I'm happy for you "tears of joy"! I too am no longer with Whole Foods and relieved. There is life after Whole Foods Market. Your prayers are appreciated.
