First let me say thank you for starting this new thread. It will be nice not to have to deal with the people who are responsible for the mess VERIZON WIRELESS is in.
That being said, has anyone else been forced into the new "open floor plan". Tiny desks, no privacy, no place to even hang your coat except to drag the floor on the back of your chair!
It appears the selling off of so many assets to make payroll has caused us to have to put as many people as possible into the smallest space possible.
Maybe I am just too old to grasp what this new thing is trying to accomplish. The group I work for takes hundreds of calls a day and we do not collaborate so I do not understand the reason behind it.
