It appears the blame for poor performance is on the stores and that is why the home office is requiring text management certification. I thought it was clear it was Greg T's issues.
My favorite part was the dog interrupting Don at the end. Dog: 1 Don: 0
Waste of time taken away from trying to pass the cm certification for umpteenth time!
Who ever had the hold music on the entire call....you suck. Couldn't hear a darn thing!
Notes passed on to me;

-course materials certification
-cash flow component of the bonus and our Course materials inventory targets.'

He's going to be speaking to every group and region. Will any of you speak up and take advantage of the opportunity to tell him what you think or will you just sit there and wait to complain anonymously some more?

The meeting invitation says group course materials meeting. What else can he possibly say about course materials? I mean we are already taking these ridiculous CM certification exams.
What will be the topic, soothsayer?
Is it company wide or just a specific group?
