I have lived and worked in Midland for most of my life, it's a good place to earn a living and raise a family.

Do they require Chevron employees to be literate? I want to know before I apply. Apparently Literacy and fluency in English is not required from the looks of these posts. Good to know.
I am the OP, and I was in SASBU. Very glad to be coming back the USA and working in Texas. I have never been there, so it will be a new adventure.

Hopefully you don't wind up at the Mabel office. That place is full of incompetent A-holes that will stay in your business and never leave you alone. They start rumors about you sleeping with people and management out there is wrapped around a certain female pumpers finger. She says jump, they jump as high as they can. If they don't then she throws a huge fit. Don't disagree with her either or she throws a HUGE fit.

My husband is coming back from Malingo in a plane right now. I wonder if he knows his fate? I don't think it looks good for him he is a must move
Most everyone in Sasbu go their notices today.. most are staying in current roles that I have talked to me being one of them..
