ITC will have to go through some sort of cost reduction to show a flat to down bill for 2017. Heard there will be a staffing event 2nd half the year.

Upstream is a major axe dropped on them this year. For IT support ETC handles upstream, which is why ETC is also going through cuts later this year. ITC will absorb some of the upstream environment, as we already have, but not all of it. ITC may go through some future downturns but nothing major.

If you think ITC is responsible for your computer and phone issues, your part of the problem.
Some one from ITC boosted to me that their group is still hiring, despite the fact that other part of CVX is laying off!

ITC should be outsourced. You all are horrible. When I have a computer or phone issue it takes weeks to get resolved. Just pass me a new computer from one of laid off soles

ITC will be included in Alpha 2 beginning in the 2nd half of 2016. Anyone that tells you it is not currently being planned is lying to you. CVX is in the process of decimating upstream in the 1st half of 2016, so it makes sense the support functions will be downsized next.
