I always thought they were a waste of time anyway. Post "important" info on a wall near the break room. People can read it on their own time.

Think about it. 200 TM times $10 per hour. Then times that by 200 plus stores. Get rid of Mettings?
With labor so tight , sluggish sales and high overheads, I would think for now the next communication from management will be in the form of a 'pink-slip'
