I was fortunate enough to make the cut and stay employed after the ROM selection! After34 years with Chevron I am thankful to keep my job. I understand why those who were left standing are mad, disappointed, etc.,, Chevron provides a great pay and benefit package that is hard to beat. Best wishes to those who have to try to find a comparable job. Life goes on!

Far far from over. I sat through a meeting on Friday. Chevron's cash flow is frightening. Now with Gorgon gone for 2 (more lie 8 ) months, they are planning cuts this fall. I can say that the long term strategy is to NOJV the majority of the work. Making Chevron a management company. You will see massive cuts.
