The target is 95% within two years! The sooner you leave, the better chances you have before waves of unemployed people flood the streets. Anti-Islamic Chicken Little Idiot, relax, that's not for you.

After last week there are no positions open in CNAEP, and a ton of talent was left standing. No way will ETC be placed in BUs in large numbers. There will be a song and dance like with expats recently but at the end of the day not many will be placed. Get your academic job now while they are still some left.
The number is 20-25% cut, as in layed off. 45% cut to ETC overall. The rest will be placed within Chevron. This is the plan.
45% seems high without major restructure. Thisbgroupbdesperately needs restructuring and new management. Uc and etc both need to be reworked. I'm going to get on a 20% cut, which is 5% higher than alpha 1. Time will tell. I will not make the next round as my billables are not high enough and that's all that matters.
Senior management did get notice. He or she is no stirring things up. We all know ETC is getting whacked. Just a matter a how much. Chevron has looked at percent billed by project, BU, person.....they are loading the gun.
He's just stirring it up. There was no letter. There is nothing about 45% (yet, HR wouldn't release that information so soon, if at all). But you can be assured there is another round involving ETC that will finish in October.
Any other details on restructuring? So they received notice for a 45% cut in October ? And yet they keep telling the ants that nothing is officaly in the plans. Typical I guess. I hope at 45% they can actually make some changes in leadership. I wish you all luck.
