Gotta feel for the poor fellow. In addition to the drastic pay cut, Baker gave him 239,429 shares on Jan 27th of this year. I imagine that he will cash in if the merger ever happens. At ~ $74 a share, he might be able to finally have enough to buy and rule a Kingdom somewhere. That would be his fondest wish. He has ruled over us peasants long enough. Even if the shares divest over a 5 year period, I think he will survive.
