What will happen to the pukes on the integration team. Heard they couldn't work for Big Red or Blue for a certain amount of time if the deal was squashed. Anyone else know?

All of the crooked dick heads have their hands in other peoples pockets. The I team is a bunch of IDIOTS!
And nuggets 4 for 4
Cheeseburger, fries, and a coke.
Now, I dont care who you are .... that sh*t is funny.
Frac hand = Cementer thats promoted 'cause he can count past 10 without using his toes..
Ah, its clear to me now, you're a PE hand for sure...cause ya'll know everything...
Smokin
Once again, Smokin' is having trouble with English comprehension. "Filling in for laid off peeps" is far different from "cannot work in the same position for a period of 1 year, they absolutely may return to their respective companies in a different position."
And guys, be kind - not all Cementers have a hat size smaller than their neck size.
Yep, too many mouth breathers posting like they know sh*t.......
.
in an effort to remain viable the integration team will become the Factory Allocations Reset Team, or FART, for short. The resultant effects of the actions of the FART team will be to move assets, mostly human assets, from one location to another be that another office location or out of the gate.
Mouth breathers first to go...
Hey clueless, this is Smokin Crack - there are already integration team members who are filling in for laid off peeps, so get a life.
I didn't say the law suit was easy to overcome, but the DOJ doesnt have final say, the court does.
Now, go roll a blunt dipsh*t
They will set around to lope mule and drink whiskey. Maybe not is this order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is exactly correct, cannot work in the same position for a period of 1 year, they absolutely may return to their respective companies in a different position.
As for the idiot "smoking crack" maybe you have the intelligence of a HAL cementer? Clearly you cannot read.. The law suit will not be easy to overcome, many believe it cannot be overcome, let alone regulatory commissions in EU, Australia, Brazil, etc.. have yet to rule, and the thought is they will all rule against..
What I heard was folks in the integration team could not go back to work for either company until the deal was consummated because they would be privy to inside information about the other company. It's hard to imagine if Both companies decide to stick it out the bitter legal end why they'd to continue to pay all the integration team folks for the next couple of years. They've already had 17 months. How much integration planning does it take?
Bucket Test...
Whoever told you that is smoking crack - what kind of sense does that make anyway ?
Can't everyone understand what they read ? The DOJ has sued to block the merger - that's how the process works if they don't like what they see. From there it goes to the courts - that's where the decision lies.
Does everyone have the intelligence of a HAL cementer? Geez
