2015 Annual Report just out, comb for lies, future strategies

The 2015 Chevron Annual Report just out this week. For the laid off employees who toiled for the last 20 or 40 years building up the company and had million of dollars of shares, we had a great stake in the future of this company. Now we have all the time in the world to scrutinize the report to overlook the flowery language and uncover any lies or exaggerations.

I discovered this website today. Just want to say I retired last year and moved on after Day 1. I bypass the Chevron Gas Station and fuel up elsewhere now. I hold no more Chevron stock. My 401k and personal IRA are invested in conservative funds and cash. I elected the Chevron annuity, so I can give a rat's assabout the damn dividend. My only word to Chevron is, "Make sure my annuity check is deposited on time on the last business day of the month - for the rest of my life".

It's best for those were let go to look forward and move on with our lives. Looking behind you will only make you bitter and shorten your life. There's a whole lot more to live for then some crummy job at a company that doesn't care. Go out and find it and leave the Chevron annual report alone. I say with all sincerity that's what would be best for you.

Road trip....laid off employees who are still shareholders can attend this meeting. Great opportunity for some fireworks. Ask questions and reveal the truth of CVX to the investor class.
