Chances aren't good for not yet selected US payroll employees.
From what I hear the non-US payroll folks still have a chance once they get repatriated to their home countries, their BU may try to soak them in. The US payroll expats overseas who are 'not yet selected' however may not have such a good chance to land a job with CVX after repatriating.
Better then left standing.
