Sucking off your RM then the GVP will get you $10.00 per hour
What position? What geographical market? Too many factors involved in giving a straight answer. I don't start any associates at minimum wage, never have. Don't follow these stupid unrealistic payroll budgets either.

same as ending pay. They don't keep people around much any more.
Depends on the position. But hourly, it's going to be minimum wage.
