Blue Flu for you

Everyone sick of the way associates are being treated, and that includes most everyone I know, we should all band together and take a page out of firefighters and policeman playbooks. While we're not unionized and nor could knowledge workers ever get there, just ain't going to happen, why should we continue to bust our asses for this place when all they seem to want to do is throw you to the curb? And whether or not it happens you stress out over it if not daily, regularly every time they pull one of these stupid monthly reduction in force events. What, you're afraid to get dinged on your review? Please. Just feel like giving BM the huge middle finger, and no, I don't feel it is my place to just leave. They started this sh--. Screw em. We've all had to learn to adapt to it. A good case of the blue flu across the entire org would be a great way to show them what we think of their BS.

I think all Too Big to Fail Bank Employees are ready to unionize now more than ever. This is the only way to fight against the "use them and throw away those disposable workers when we're done" mentality. All of the Big Banks Management are taking a page out of the same book. Are we all just going to lay down and take it?
