Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Query

Why this forum is very interesting to read and watch it unfold in case cases, what concerns me is the credibility of the statements.

I haven't heard of Propel or even that the company is looking to move more into a vessel for investors.

Some of the stuff sound like a trap or a little too far fetched.

Myanmar is just the first step in that part of the world. Asia South will cease to exist by 2020, or sooner if they can wrangle some concession agreements. Thailand, Bangladesh, China, and Vietnam will all go back to their respective NOCs.

Don't be an ignoramus, @tuv. Chevron is indeed in "Full divest mode", like said by @zfl. What out they don't divest themselves of your assnext.

They just put all their Myanmar assets on sale..... CVX is in full divest mode - it's a fire sale - they will sell anything if the price is right and preserve dividend.
